Silver Cyclists consortium met in Madrid
The Silver Cyclists project reached the half way point in the month of April with a second project meeting. Hosted by the Spanish Railways Foundation in Madrid on April 7th-8th, partners from 7 different European countries attended this fruitful meeting in order to monitor the project implementation. The meeting focused on the work developed so far with a special look into the next steps.
During the first 9 months, the project has achieved important milestones: launch of the project web site, development of 25 product concepts for seniors, selection of the first pilots, promotion of the project and the first pilots at the ITB Berlin, etc.
Furthermore, the Silver Cyclists project is reaching a very important moment: the identification of the pilots to be implemented, the promotion of these pilots in order to be undertaken by the market and the continuous evaluation of the pilot implementation are the main outputs to be reached in the following months.
