A good boss thinks about the sledge in summer - corporate site festivities shall be selected timely. For the festive mood we welcome the guests at the fireplace with creamy ''goulash soup '', a glass of warming-drink and little snack. We offer gingerbread and muffin “painting workshop '', as well as the possibility to create a meringue snacks from needed ingredients.
Our cook, Linda Baikova offers a variety of tasty roasts: Christmas roast from chicken with herbs and melted cheese; Roasted lamb with mint; Roast-duck with oranges; The traditional Christmas roast-pork; filled pork-roast with prunes and apples; beef-roast in herb-dough crust.
Also other special dishes: Christmas potty, Pork in winter coat, stuffed trout herbs surrounded ;
And dessert: gingerbread taste layered dessert; biguzis- rye bread slices topped with cranberry sauce, honey and whipped cream!
You can taste the traditional Latvian Christmas dishes too like: fried carp in herb marinade; peas and meal-sausages; Ķūķis- baked pearl barley porridge; porridge with pig's head and others; baked rutabags, pumpkins and beetroots; homemade juice drinks, vegetable preserves and cranberries from our cellar and our organic farm "Mežrinnes".
Our confectioner Inga for your Celebration table will prepare both - traditional delights: pies, cakes and gingerbread and special holiday specialties - Winter tart, mulled cakes, French macaroons-almond cookies and muffins with a surprise.
For the nice festive mood, we offer programs with bagpipes and percussions ; a Latvian dance club with games and fun dancing. The parties we help arrange according to guests preferences. Ordering in a timely manner, a Christmas Santa Claus will come too!
